Nitrogen Gas and Air Conditioning Market
Australian Refrigeration Council & Nitrogen Gas The rentfreegas nitrogen kit comes with Nitrogen gas, a regulator (0-1000kpa) and a pressure rated inert gas hose, has been designed to put the necessary components together so that our customers can purchase everything they require to get started in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. If you require a higher pressure regulator between 2000-6000kpa we have those in stock as well. Some customers are using the nitrogen for cold brew coffee applications and plastics welding, whilst other customers are using it to pressurise and pure oxygen out of food lines, or in brewing applications. More recently we have had customers purchase the kit to help them comply with the Australian Refrigeration Council requirements for their refrigerant handling licence (RHL). The ARC site states that: “Where the RHL (Refrigerant Handling Licence) holder uses dry nitrogen to test equipment to detect leaks, reference must be made to the vehicle manufacturer’s service guidelines” The Australian Refrigeration Council states that all companies or individuals that hold a Refrigerant Trading Authorisation under the Australian Government’s Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995 will have a permit condition check conducted by the Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC). The Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) also have some forms or document templates that help you as an RHL holder report on the necessary elements of the audit and maintain the proper records. We have attached a link below to the auditing requirements. Link below…. https://www.arctick.org/business-authorisation/auditing/
Argon Gas for Food Preservation
Most people think of welding when they think of argon gas. In fact, argon is a safe, benign gas which can be used to preserve wine, food and historical documents. For some time nitrogen was the ‘go to’ gas when it came to extending the shelf life of packaged goods but scientists have found that argon is actually 4 times more efficient than nitrogen, it is also around 40% denser than air and improves food safety. Thus argon is more effective than nitrogen in keeping food fresher for longer and improving its quality. So how does it work? Gas is used to replace oxygen which not only causes food to oxidise and spoil but allows bacteria to grow. Argon removes the oxygen very efficiently compared to nitrogen as it is denser and is able to more completely fill the spaces around food. Bacteria is starved of oxygen and enzymes that increase the rate of oxidation are inhibited. The use of food grade argon as a preserver does not add anything to the original product, rather it stops it from going bad in a completely safe way. Rent Free Gas is able to supply customers with food grade argon for a multitude of uses including the preservation of food and wine. Our rent free model allows our customers to purchase their own argon cylinder which they will never pay any rent on...ever! The cylinder will come completely full of gas and delivered for free in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Whenever more gas is needed we will simply come out and replace the empty argon cylinder with a full bottle. If a smaller c size cylinder is all you need we can post it to you anywhere in Australia. Give us a call and let one of our friendly team help you out with your argon gas needs today.
Nitrogen Gas Delivery
Nitrogen Gas Cylinder Delivery in Sydney When you own one of our Nitrogen gas bottles or a Speedgas Nitrogen gas cylinder, you can stop paying rent immediately. If we give you a refill price, there is no more to pay, there are no other costs. We cannot refill BOC, ALA, Supagas or Coregas cylinders. We cannot refill BOC, ALA, Supagas or Coregas cylinders. Our customer base is growing very quickly and the two main reasons for this are that we keep things simple (for example, no invoicing issues), and also because we are saving our customers money. We ask you to think about how long you have had a cylinder sitting in the workshop, garage, factory, shed or office? If the answer is a long time (more than a few years) to that question, then you should send the bottle back to your supplier and buy a bottle of your own. Information provided from customers who have purchased their own bottle (that comes with no rent and no delivery), is that after about 12-14 months they have saved money. Their rental costs vary between $10-$25 per month which is $120-$300 - just for rental. So once you add in the gas cost on top of that rental, you are normally in front after 1 year. The next key question is how often you refill that Nitrogen bottle? If your answer is not very often (let's say a few times per year) then you should definitely review your refill costs and give us a call. We will match the big guy's price, and do a deal to get you saving money today. There are no tricks or hidden costs with Rentfreegas and Speedgas, we are a small and nimble AUSTRALIAN business that wants to talk to you and help you with great service, and also help you lower your nitrogen costs. If you would like more information about rent free gas bottles or how to lower industrial gas costs in your business, feel [...]
Introducing New Nitrogen Gas Kit
Nitrogen Gas, Regulator and Hose Kit Nitrogen Gas & Reg Kit We have recently put together a Nitrogen gas kit, which includes a new refillable bottle full of gas, with a new Nitrogen regulator (Type 50 valve outlet) and an inert gas hose rated to 1500kpa. The kit price also includes GST and delivery to you, so for $310 you can own a refillable gas cylinder, regulator and hose, delivered to you. In some kits we have already supplied customers, they requested for us to attach a simple low-pressure air gun with a trigger mechanism to the other end of the hose. The airgun allows customers to pulse quick or long bursts of nitrogen into bottles, bags and food containers for purging, or to fill other items and balloons quickly. Nitrogen is used in many areas and industries, some of these include, automotive for filling car tyres, food & wine preservation, welding, aviation, fire protection, refrigeration, fumigation, and for purging lines, oxygen depletion, plastics welding and much more. Once you own your own Nitrogen gas bottle, you never pay cylinder rental again. When the bottle is empty you place it back into the box it arrived in and return it through the post, then purchase your C size cylinder 'refill' from our store at http://www.rentfreegas.com.au/shop/nitrogen/ which costs $70. Then the following day we send you a full bottle. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us. Regards, www.rentfreegas.com.au Phone: 0404 677 187
